Someone is a MONTH old today

Wow I can't believe our little D is already a month old. I love how Aidan always says little things to her. He always makes sure he says "Good Morning Kennedy" or "Bless you Kennedy". I love watching the two of them together! Babies are the BEST miracle and blessing you could ask for. I love that she's filling out and making all her little baby noises! I just can't get enough of her! We sure love having her at our home! She makes it quite complete! Stay tuned there are plenty of more pictures!

Look at how WONDERFUL and Talented my cute sister Mandy is! She made my dream dress for my little Kennedy! This is for her blessing day! I can't wait to get to the states and have her picture taken in it! I LOVE YOU MANDY!!!!! Thank you so much I am sure Kennedy will look like a princess!

Ok I'm totally sorry for slacking on the blogging! But I have my FUN awesome mom here to play with and a brand new baby who is so much fun to be around! So my time to load pics is limited. JK I just need to make more time in the day! Anyway here's some fun photos.Our little Thumb sucker! Trying to do away with it by shoving a binky in but we'll see what happens. Kids love to do their own thing! But for the time being I think its absolutely adorable how she sticks that LONG SKINNY THUMB in her mouth to suck!

Okay guys! Everyone has told me I'm slacking and I know! I apologize! I will post a couple of post tomorrow or the next day! Things are hectic here. We are getting ready to MOVE and this new little bundle of joy is keeping us BUSY!

Mommy's Little Princess!

I can't believe how big she's getting! We went to the Dr today for her 2 week check up even though Monday she'll be 3 weeks old! Wednesday she weighed 5 lbs 3 oz and today she weighs 5 lbs 8.5 oz! Holy cow right? I love that she's getting bigger. I can't wait til she's mom's little friend and begging me to take her shopping. I know I might not like it when she's using the money but come on she's flipping adorable! I took lots of fun pics of her. I wish I was more into the whole picture taking cause I'd have a ball and there isn't much options in Germany! So this will do for now!

Coming Home!

Brought our baby girl home today..................Not much more to say but here's a video of the fun!

Well guys the blogging stops when your in the hospital. But I'm out! So hopefully I won't end up back in there. Anyway I am just going to post some pics of the last couple of days and blog another day so hope you enjoy the pics. Here's the latest update. Kennedy should be coming home Friday!!! But sorry friends out here in Germany no visitors for awhile! Hope you all understand!

Our special day!

Here's a copy of pics of our special day. It was so much fun Kennedy loved grabbing his face and Aidan loved her toes and hands! I loved every minute of it and was so glad they got to meet!

Just an update!!!

So today hopefully is the BIG day that Aidan gets to meet his sister!!!!! We have a family room in the new unit we are in. So we show up and if its not being used Aidan gets to meet Kennedy! Wish us luck! I'm super excited to have the two of them meet! People are calling and asking if my incision is really not doing so well. So let me update everyone. When I had the baby I had no amniotic fluid so I had already had infection inside of me. But they did one dose of Penecillian in my iv but obviously it didn't take it all. I went to the ER and the DR said it was just irritated come back in a couple days it should be fine. Came back and there is MORE infection. Dr Vice (who delivered Kennedy. Also a cool thing about him is. HE's the number 1 surgeon in all of Germany. People pay a lot of money to have him do their surgery's so I LUCKED OUT!) told me that they should have given me antibiotics especially with the circumstances I had aidan with. But he's got me on some and I hopefully will be able to get rid of it if I TAKE IT EASY. Let me just say its INCREDIBLY hard to take it easy when your precious princess is in the hospital. I have to atleast see her 1 time a day!

Anyway hopefully things will get better by the time she gets to come home! Everyone pray pray pray cause I'm hoping she gets to come home this next week!!!!!!

My mom is here now safe and sound and we are so excited to have her for a couple months!!!!

Kennedy is back up to her birth weight today! She's such a growing little princess! Gets bigger and bigger each day! Aidan is VERY anxious to meet his little sister. Hopefully he won't be poking her eyes out by the time she gets to come home cause he's so confused why mom and dad are always gone and he has a babysitter. But he still loves us! Aidan and Daddy went out to go sledding one day while Mommy was SLEEPING and resting. Mom felt a little left out but she needs to heal! Its been great having daddy home at this time and its going to get even better when we go pick up NANA tonight! Anyway Ben was having fun with Aidan and the last time down the hill Aidan started to cry. But Aidan's been talking about it since! He calls it a SLEIGH! Talks about it NON STOP! Anyway I promised Aidan we were going to have a post just for him and look at this he gets it!!!!

Aidan hopefully will be doing a little better once he gets to meet Kennedy and all but we'll see. We might have a cute little monster on our hands! But we'll love him anyway!

Daddys are the best and we are VERY greatful for ours! He's done a lot for our family at this hectic time. I love you Ben and Aidan. Thanks for always helping Mommy out!

My sister needs a welcome to the internet world cause I MISS HER!

My cutest sister in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD just got email and internet! OH MY GOSH MANDY JO I LOVE YOU! Miss you and can't wait to chat away with you! I bet you love living in your new state and town! I'll have to save my pennies or cross my fingers that Ben gets excepted into school cause I"M COMING TO STAY! Kennedy needs to meet you! Give the kiddos hugs for me! Love you guys!

Day 8!

Ok so I can't be on the computer much but wanted to post this ADORABLE picture of my baby girl! She's our LITTLE PRINCESS!

7 days and STILL growing!

Kennedy is SO much fun! Today when we went to the dr she was being fed and they took the bottle out of her mouth cause she was drinking TOO fast and she wanted more so she just stared right at the nurse and SUCKED THE AIR cause she wanted more! I can't wait to teach her sign language! Oh I love her so much!

Here are some more pictures of Kennedy! She's doing so much better! Within the next couple of days she's going to be moved into a regular bed and be in NICU for a couple days like that. Then they will move her to a regular room and Ben and I will stay with her all day everyday! I'm hoping Aidan gets to meet her then. The Germans have a weird way of thinking but I won't go into too much detail or this blog could be the longest one yet!!!! Lets just say they don't think a baby should be held too much cause its not good for their health. So Ben and I are only allowed to hold her once a day! INSANE! Makes me wanna punch them! Then another thing is they think we are awkward for visiting her too much. I will be at the hospital every chance I get to be there for my baby girl! She's eating lots now and out of a bottle. Ben said she's goign to be a chunk cause she's on breast milk guess we'll see. Anyway I will try to update you all as the week goes but I am rarely home and it kills me to sit at the computer so I'll do my best!
