Up to no good!

We have been up to no good! Kids have been sick with ear infections and respitory infections that we've just been hanging out at home! Kennedy is getting to do a little better on the nebulizer. And the dr told me to try it on Aidan's nasty chest cough and at first he was freaking out then was a BIG boy! I love my kids and couldn't be happier to be their mom right now. Aidan's into drawing EVERYTHING. So if you get something in the mail thats the littliest scribble or even a picture please share your excitment with us instead of mocking him! He thinks he's really writing letters! And Ben and I are supporting him in this endeavor! I'll buy as many stamps as the kiddo wants me to. Enjoy the pictures!

HELLO everyone. No we are not dead. I'm just feeling like my blog is just blah! Anyway we have had the worst luck with health lately. Kennedy and Aidan have had back to back ear infections and Kennedy is going to go see an ENT for possible tubes. Kennedy's hips are still struggling. And leave it to Ben and I for not knowing quite sure whats going on. Dr wants to wait for 3 more months to do another xray then possibly send us to a specialist in Birmingham for possible surgery. We will wait and see. We are praying that everything works out for the best! Ben is on his bubble and waiting to start his JOPD. So its nice having lots of family time. Ben is really enjoying his time here and is so excited to start flying!!!

I am scheduled to have my tubes tied and the novasure done on me! March 19th is the surgery date! My lovely sister Mandy is going to be helping us with the kids by keeping them at her house in TN. Then we will go up the next weekend after I have my check up and we will go see our cute nephew Cameron be baptized!!! I have started doing hair here in Alabama and am liking it. I've met a really close net of friends and I'm simply blessed that they've been there for me through thick and thin. I love having true friends that you know you can count on. So shout out to Christina, Mandy and Tami (and many more!) You have made coming to Fort Rucker so much easier! Well I better get my butt going with dinner....I'll post more later!

Aidan's new do!!!!

So Daddy FINALLY let mommy give Aidan a mohawk again and we love it! Aidan is in heaven he says he looks just like his buddy Jason! This was the only haircut Aidan has sat through without screaming and I think its cause I let him have it his way.

The Red Truck

 

This is the new addition to our family. A ford ranger! Aidan is in heaven he loves to ride with Daddy in his red truck! I hope its a good car for our family. Hopefully it'll give us many memories.

Aidan is getting so big. He's in taekown do, gymnastics, and bowling. He is loving being social. He sure puts mom and dad to the test with his moodiness. And hopefully it'll pass soon! We love him every minute and I'm getting sad that he's growing up so fast! Love you Gatoraide!

This is our Kennedy. She is so full of life lately. She loves to click her tongue, blow rasberries, and say WOAH! She's too much fun~! We love her oh so much!

Mr Holladay DID IT!!!

 

Well the fun has just begun! Ben is a Warrant Officer in the United States Army. He is now starting his wait time to start flight school! We are so proud of Ben of his accomplishment! Graduation was such a fun time! And the fun was in HUGE thanks to Mandy! Thanks for being there to watch and take care of my kids! I'm so glad your my sister and are somewhat close to us! This truly helped us out!

CATCH up

 

There are TOO many photos to put them separate. But Miss Thang aka Kennedy turned the big 1! We took bottles away and she's a charm! Nana and Papa bought us tickets home for Christmas! Thanks guys we had so much fun relaxing with ya.... Papa took Aidan and Kennedy to Chuck e Cheese! Kiddos had a BLAST! Sure miss being in Utah but we are making friends in BAMA! (well I am Ben's stuck in school!) Anyway I have tons more photos to post so I shall end this one! Click on it to make it bigger!

Seriously? Motherhood?

Wow what a week it has been. Don't get me wrong we've had fun its just that its been hectic and made me think of my mothering skills or shall I say I have NONE! I have been trying so hard to have patience with Aidan. I feel bad cause I lose it more then I'd like to and I use swearwords when I'm upset. Aidan then repeats them and I laugh about it. I shouldn't really laugh but sometimes its the only funny thing that happens that day! Kennedy has this silly cold back. For some reason it just lingers with her. Maybe cause she was born early I'm not sure but its driving me insane. She's not a snuggle baby either so its very hard to soothe her. At times I wish Aidan and her would have switched places cause Aidan was super snuggly and I could've handled Aidan being my last baby cause he let me baby him. Kennedy wants NONE of that. So it breaks my heart a little. I am pretty impressed the way I have handled Ben being gone. I haven't cried maybe twice. I keep up with things quite well and get the kiddos out of the house! I love it when people say everyone's done it....cause it makes me wanna say seriously no kidding but its still not fun!!!! Well I do have pictures to post but my house needs a little attention too. Oh what shall I choose? Bed maybe? Hopefully you are all enjoying your Dec! I can't believe its going to be 2010! Holy cow where has the time gone?

When it Rains.....IT POURS

They aren't lying when it rains in the South it pours. My entire backyard looks like a POOL! Aidan was concerned about his toys. They'll be just fine!

Happy Thanksgiving

We got to go eat Thanksgiving with Ben and the dining facility......The food was NOT great but the company was to DIE for! We had missed our dad so much that it was nice to spend some time with him. I love being a family. Here is some of our pictures from the dinner! Kennedy loved the food......which she ate lots of my plate!!!!

Happy Birthday Little Man....or shall I say BIG?

Well the picture isn't working but when I get home I'll upload one of him! Aidan turned 3 today! Thinking back to the day I remember the night before having him I was in pain and was in labor but knew the next morning I had an appt so I knew I'd be fine. So I text Ben to tell him I knew for a fact I was having Aidan the next day. Sure enough I went to the appt at 10 am. I was dialated to a 3 and 100% effaced so he stripped my membranes and said I'll see you tonight!!! I was nervous as EVER!!! On the ride home I was having contractions every 5 minutes apart. We stopped by my grandma's to get Daniel and started back to Brigham. I went to the post office to mail Ben's package and before I went in we called my dr and he told me to immediatly come back to the hospital that I was going to have the baby. I remember the feeling. I was so nervous I wanted to puke. I called my mom at work at told her we were on the way. I first of course mailed Benjamin's package cause thats how much I love him. Got to the hospital and they took me back etc. Got things going I was a good size 4 so they gave me an epidural. By then it was probably 4pm. My cute dad stopped by and was there for a bit then they broke my water etc. They thought it'd be more into the night before I had him so my dad decided to go home. My mom then had asked the nurse to check me and she said there was no way that I could be ready yet. Well sure enough she checked me and I was a 10 ready to roll! I was bummed my dad had already left. I had Aidan around 9:20pm. He was so stinking cute I loved holding him for the first time and having him hold my finger! It was literally love at first site!! He's my little man and always will be. I get so sad that time flies so fast. I need to be a better mom and cherish those moments more!!! I love you to the moon and back Mr. Aidan you'll always be my little dude! Happy 3rd Birthday! Hope its more then you could imagine!

yup thats right cause I have no hubby home so during naps and bed time I have nothing to do. So I thought it'd be fun to post these pics for my mom! The first one is of Matt and Melissa. I nanny'd for them right after my senior year of high school. They are so stinking cute I can't believe it. I loved spending time with them and they were so cute with my kids. Just an update

Well friends and family we made the move. We are now located at Fort Rucker Alabama! We actually like it here. Kids are having a hard time adjusting but time will tell! Kennedy has been sick since we left NY I got her into the clinic here and she has a really bad sinus infection. They put her on antibiotics She's teething at the same time so she's having these fevers and her gums are red and swollen. Poor girl just needs a break! Since we've left NY Kennedy has learned to army crawl. You know where they crawl with their arms and scoot with their legs? Its adorable and I tear up everytime I watch her as I giggle. Kennedy has this bond with her dad that is adorable. He does something and she copies him exactly! His kids sure love him and will miss him while he's at school. Aidan aka Gatoraid, booger and monster.......will be 3 this friday. I hate that we move by his birthday he really would love to have some friends over and celebrate. He really enjoyed Trick or treating he didn't like the scary neighbor he will tell you! We are in the Ozark ward and have been one sunday. We like it and the ward members seem really nice. I I hope we can be good about going and meeting some good friends! I'm glad I am only five and a half hours from my sister! Oh and six hours from disneyworld! I'm so there. Actually Ben and I are thinking of going there for christmas!!! HOORAY!!! For all you disney haters....no worries your the one missing out on all the fun! ha ha!
