Happy Thanksgiving

We got to go eat Thanksgiving with Ben and the dining facility......The food was NOT great but the company was to DIE for! We had missed our dad so much that it was nice to spend some time with him. I love being a family. Here is some of our pictures from the dinner! Kennedy loved the food......which she ate lots of my plate!!!!

Happy Birthday Little Man....or shall I say BIG?

Well the picture isn't working but when I get home I'll upload one of him! Aidan turned 3 today! Thinking back to the day I remember the night before having him I was in pain and was in labor but knew the next morning I had an appt so I knew I'd be fine. So I text Ben to tell him I knew for a fact I was having Aidan the next day. Sure enough I went to the appt at 10 am. I was dialated to a 3 and 100% effaced so he stripped my membranes and said I'll see you tonight!!! I was nervous as EVER!!! On the ride home I was having contractions every 5 minutes apart. We stopped by my grandma's to get Daniel and started back to Brigham. I went to the post office to mail Ben's package and before I went in we called my dr and he told me to immediatly come back to the hospital that I was going to have the baby. I remember the feeling. I was so nervous I wanted to puke. I called my mom at work at told her we were on the way. I first of course mailed Benjamin's package cause thats how much I love him. Got to the hospital and they took me back etc. Got things going I was a good size 4 so they gave me an epidural. By then it was probably 4pm. My cute dad stopped by and was there for a bit then they broke my water etc. They thought it'd be more into the night before I had him so my dad decided to go home. My mom then had asked the nurse to check me and she said there was no way that I could be ready yet. Well sure enough she checked me and I was a 10 ready to roll! I was bummed my dad had already left. I had Aidan around 9:20pm. He was so stinking cute I loved holding him for the first time and having him hold my finger! It was literally love at first site!! He's my little man and always will be. I get so sad that time flies so fast. I need to be a better mom and cherish those moments more!!! I love you to the moon and back Mr. Aidan you'll always be my little dude! Happy 3rd Birthday! Hope its more then you could imagine!

yup thats right cause I have no hubby home so during naps and bed time I have nothing to do. So I thought it'd be fun to post these pics for my mom! The first one is of Matt and Melissa. I nanny'd for them right after my senior year of high school. They are so stinking cute I can't believe it. I loved spending time with them and they were so cute with my kids. Love you Matt and Melissa you guys are wonderful!

Just an update

Well friends and family we made the move. We are now located at Fort Rucker Alabama! We actually like it here. Kids are having a hard time adjusting but time will tell! Kennedy has been sick since we left NY I got her into the clinic here and she has a really bad sinus infection. They put her on antibiotics She's teething at the same time so she's having these fevers and her gums are red and swollen. Poor girl just needs a break! Since we've left NY Kennedy has learned to army crawl. You know where they crawl with their arms and scoot with their legs? Its adorable and I tear up everytime I watch her as I giggle. Kennedy has this bond with her dad that is adorable. He does something and she copies him exactly! His kids sure love him and will miss him while he's at school. Aidan aka Gatoraid, booger and monster.......will be 3 this friday. I hate that we move by his birthday he really would love to have some friends over and celebrate. He really enjoyed Trick or treating he didn't like the scary neighbor he will tell you! We are in the Ozark ward and have been one sunday. We like it and the ward members seem really nice. I I hope we can be good about going and meeting some good friends! I'm glad I am only five and a half hours from my sister! Oh and six hours from disneyworld! I'm so there. Actually Ben and I are thinking of going there for christmas!!! HOORAY!!! For all you disney haters....no worries your the one missing out on all the fun! ha ha! Ok so enough for the day I have got to get off and play puzzles with Aidan....Leave a comment and if I haven't seen your blog leave me your address I love keeping updated on everyone!!!

Where have I gone?

Mr Aidan will be 3 on Friday so we celebrated early so we could have cousins around!!! He had a shrek cake and a bowling party it was his request!!!!
Well that should round it up for now. My sister has some that I need to snag from her! Hope you all enjoyed........





We also hit up chuck e cheese which Aidan always enjoys.....Kennedy got in the fun this time. Aunt Mandy took her on bob the builder ride!!!





I went to the grand ol opry with my sister mandy! We had so much fun. Little Jimmy Dickens is so stinking funny....and Martina McBride! Love her!!!!

Kennedy is just growing right on up! She's definetly an army kid! She has chosen the army crawl to get around!!! She loved trick or treating...and getting sugar!

Ben met one of his all time heroes!

This is CW5 Dan Jollota awarding me an Army Acheivement Medal. This was a huge honor. Cheif Jollota has been a hero of mine for a long time. most people dont know about him but he has done basicly every cool thing you can do in the Army. He - like my...self- is a former MP then joined the Engineer corps then Special Forces jumped with the Golde Knights ect before going to Flight school. He's fought in every major conflict (and countless minor ones) since Panama. He was shot down in Somalia during operation Gothic Serpant (BlackHawk Down) and continues to fight hard despite being twice the age of most soldiers.

THE BIG CATCH UP....

Ok here is a load of pics but for some reason my Blogger doesn't show me the pictures so I have no idea what picture is what even when I edit. How annoying. But the park ones with uncle David we went to Dinasour park. Then tonight we had a cook out at my grandmas' fire pit and Aidan wasn't quite sure the fire would get in his eyes....SILLY BOY. Kennedy loved every minute....The kiddos are getting big so fast.
Hope everyone is doing well. We move to Alabama on the 22nd of October.
